Training Plan

The winter 2017/18 training plan is available as a PDF document below. Training sessions take place every Tuesday evening at 7pm from the Boundary Park Pavilion on Great Western Park.

The sessions are organised and led by our experienced endurance specialist coach who focuses on fitness for running through their knowledge of performance science.
