New and Return to running group

This is a new group for 2019!

We are now offering those beginners and new to running people a chance to access a training plan put together by our Harwell Harriers Coach. This is a perfect course for those who have always wanted to get into running but have never known where to start.

We are also offering a training course for those that have had to take time off running and want to get their fitness levels back up.

So whether you are a complete beginner or have had time off running due to injury, babies or any other reason, this is the course for you.

The course begins on January 8th and runs through to March 12th. Sessions will be held weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm Boundary Park, GWP. Spaces are limited so if you are looking to join, then please register on the link below. The price is Β£25 for the WHOLE course, and if you join our club once you have graduated, we will discount the rate for you.
