By applying for membership with the Harwell Harriers (the club) you are consenting for the club to hold your personal information as required by the membership process. This information is only shared with England Athletics for the purpose of club member affiliation and race/competition entry where the member has agreed for an application to take place on their behalf by the club.

The club also provides regular communication to it's members concerning latest club news and training sessions. Individual contact may be made to members in relation to club kit, merchandise, fundraising, race and competition results or any applicable information regarding race entries.

All information will be held as long as the member remains a member with the club. You have the right to request, rectify or delete all personal information the club holds on you by contacting a member of the committee.
