New & return to running course

 If you are looking to join one of our new and return to running groups please periodically check this page, our news feed or why not give us a follow on one of our social media platforms for all the latest updates?

Unfortunately, because we are a club run by volunteers, we are unable to guarantee when our next new and return to running course will go ahead. That said our normal scheduling window is the beginning of January but we do very occasionally put on some courses later in the year around September time.

Our course is a fantastic way to kick start your running and fitness goals across what is normally a 12 week programme. Our amazing club volunteers will be there to chat with you and cheer you on as you work your way up to an inaugural 5k parkrun as well as potentially some longer club runs and our incredible strength and speed training sessions set out by our dedicated coaches.

We normally have between 15 and 30 people sign up so we promise you won't be alone and who knows? Maybe you make some great new friendships along the way!
